Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation number or email.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund after 24 hours. No show, no refund.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy: Full payment or a valid credit/debit card guarantee is required to secure a booking. Any incidental charges during the stay will be settled upon check-out.

Room Allocation: While we do our best to accommodate room preferences, specific room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly for repair or replacement.

Pet Policy: Please inquire about our pet policy if you plan to bring a pet. Additional charges and restrictions may apply.

Smoking Policy: Our hotel has designated areas for smoking.

Liability: The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay. Every room is equipped with a safe.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for reservation purposes. 

Changes to Terms: The hotel reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
